A 16-week immersive program for 8th–11th graders that prepares students for the SAT from day one — and turns the PSAT into the easy version of the test they're already trained for.
Our approach
Train for the harder test. The easier one takes care of itself.
The PSAT and SAT share the same digital, adaptive structure, the same content domain, and the same question style. The PSAT is, by design, a slightly shorter and slightly less difficult version of the SAT. Most prep programs treat them as separate courses. We don't.
If a student prepares for the SAT from the start, the PSAT becomes the easier version of a test they've already mastered. That's the founder's pedagogy, drawn directly from his own academic path: when you train deliberately for the higher standard, the lower one becomes routine. A student who walks into the PSAT having spent months working SAT-level questions does not need a separate "PSAT prep" cycle — they need confidence and rest.
So we offer one course, regardless of grade — the same curriculum, calibrated by the instructor to each student's level. An 8th grader lays foundations toward a 1500+ SAT; a 10th grader builds toward a National Merit-qualifying PSAT and an elite SAT in 11th grade; an 11th grader finalizes both.
The students who score the highest on the PSAT are not the students who studied for the PSAT. They are the students who were already preparing for the SAT.

Tuition is $1,799 for the complete course. Taking both the SAT & PSAT and the ACT courses is $2,699, because the second is half price, and tuition can be paid in two equal installments — full detail on the tuition page.
What's inside
Seven components, engineered to work as one program.
This isn't a course package, a set of recorded lectures, or a study app. It is an integrated 12-month system — instruction, practice, full-length testing, and analytics — under one curriculum.
16 weeks of live, immersive instruction
18–20 lessons taught live — in person across the DFW metroplex or virtually. Small cohorts. Direct feedback. Ten of those weeks include proctored online practice exams woven into the curriculum.
12 months of full study-portal access
One year of access to the Tejas Test Prep study portal — online practice tests, the question bank, learning modules, actionable analytics, scheduling, and direct instructor messaging. Practice doesn't stop when the cohort ends.
30 full-length SAT & PSAT exams
Ten administered in a structured, proctored, timed setting. Twenty more available as self-proctored exams the student can take at their own readiness. PSAT-style practice exams are included for 11th-grade National Merit preparation.
Granular analytics on every full-length
After each exam, students receive a section-level and skill-level breakdown — which question types lost points, which strategies need refinement, which strengths to leverage. Weak spots become next week's curriculum.
Hundreds of learning modules
Authored by Dr. Karnati and a team of fellow perfect scorers, organized by skill and difficulty. Every module is paired with worked examples, the underlying strategy, and a checkpoint to verify mastery before moving on.
A 10,000+ question practice bank
Realistic SAT and PSAT questions calibrated to the current Digital format — not stale items recycled from older versions of the test. Filtered by section, skill, and difficulty so students drill exactly where they need it most.
Official College Board material, decoded
College Board released exams (both SAT and PSAT) are included with full written explanations for every question. Students learn the official answer and the transferable strategy that produced it.

Foundations & familiarity
Build the habits — pacing, vocabulary, math fluency, deliberate practice — that will compound across every standardized test for the next five years. The PSAT 8/9 becomes the first low-stakes proving ground.
Routine over anxiety
The test stops being unfamiliar. By the end of 9th grade, students are scoring at SAT-relevant levels and the PSAT 9 is comfortable, not nerve-wracking.
Calibration year
The PSAT 10 produces a meaningful baseline. Students leave 10th grade with a precise gap analysis and a plan for the National Merit-qualifying NMSQT in October of 11th grade.
National Merit + SAT
October PSAT/NMSQT engineered for Commended, Semifinalist, and Finalist brackets — followed by an SAT cycle calibrated to a 1500+. Both, on the same continuous curriculum.

Every cohort runs the same instructor-led curriculum whether your student joins us in person or virtually.
In-person across DFW
Small in-person cohorts that meet at a dedicated learning location in the metroplex. Best for students who concentrate better with structure, in-room instruction, and peer presence.
Live virtual cohorts
Live, interactive virtual lessons — not recorded video. Ideal for students balancing demanding coursework, athletics, or out-of-DFW commitments who still need real-time instruction.
Inside a typical week
What a student's week looks like.
The cadence is intentional — every week pairs new instruction, targeted practice, and a feedback loop.
Live lesson
A 90–120 minute live class introduces new content, walks the strategy, and works examples in real time.
Targeted practice
Modules and question-bank drills calibrated to that week's content. Students log time, accuracy, and trouble spots.
Office hours
Optional small-group review where students bring specific questions, missed problems, and strategy clarifications.
Full-length or section exam
Either a proctored or self-proctored exam, followed by an analytics review that drives the next week's plan.
